New build

Rix Eagle is a petroleum product transporting barge built by Hepworth Shipyard for J.R. Rix and Sons Ltd. Working primarily on the Humber River, the Rix Eagle exceeds the very latest MSA safety requirements for this class of vessel.

One of many fishing vessels built by Hepworth Shipyards, Sardonx II is an 18.28m three quarter length shelter prawn trawler designed for A. Watt and Partners for fishing off the north east coast of Scotland.

Hepworth Shipyard built Wyeforce for dock, harbour and estuarial work in the busy Southampton area. Packing 1350 horse power, the 19m twin screw tug has a bollard pull in excess of 18 tonnes.

 

Conversion

The 23m Pentland Venture was built in 1987 to provide passenger ferry services between John O’Groats and Orkney. The vessel was divided and extended by 6.6m by Hepworth Shipyard.

Rebecca M was a 36m NATO dumb barge before conversion by Hepworth Shipyard into a multi-purpose vessel designed to tackle a variety of marine contracting work.

Hepworth Shipyard converted the Braydon Enterprise and the Brayden Venture, two 45m dry cargo carriers into a specialist petroleum tanker/bunkering vessels designed to deliver all types of petroleum products including heavy fuel oil and low flashpoint spirits.
